Pre-qualification check on onboarding
Last week we have released the pre-qualification check for the onboarding. Before that qualification of customers happened only in the middle of the onboarding flow. You enter your phone number, email address, your personal details and only after that could have learned that we might not be able serve you.
What has changed
Now, when customers go to http://silverbird.com and click “Open Account,” they would need to go through a quick pre-qualification check.
No more wasted time, back and forth hassle with our support team members.
